MY GYM BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• 1 hour and 45 minutes of nonstop fun!
• Birthday child is the center of all activities!
• Experienced My Gym teachers handle EVERYTHING!
• Perfectly planned celebration created specifically for your child, with special song and game requests made prior to the party!
• Games, Space Flight, puppets, rides, songs and exciting birthday events led by our trained staff!
• All children participate in constant activity for the full length of the party!
• Exclusive use of our state-of-the-art facility!
• We do it all including setup, decorations, cleanup & service of refreshments.
• Also included are invitations, tablecloths, balloon bouquets, cake plates, utencils and napkins for the children.

Birthday Parties take place on Fridays from 3:15pm - 5:00pm or 5:45pm - 7:30pm,
as well as, Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00pm - 2:45pm or 3:30pm - 5:15pm.

Party dates book approximately 3 months in advance!


My Gym Party Package Details...

• Members: $300 (GST incl.)
• Nonmembers: $350 (GST incl.)

• $100 nonrefundable deposit required to reserve your party date.
• Emphasis is on constant activity, it is recommended (from our experience) that a lot of food is not needed, and we encourage you to open gifts at home.
• Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your party. Our staff will be busy preparing for your celebration.

Parent Participation Party: Ages 1 - 3
• Up to 16 Children & 25 Adults (including birthday child & siblings). Please note that every child in the play area counts, participating or not, and all children must have an adult on the floor who will participate in the birthday party activites with them.

Drop Off Party: Recommended for ages 4 and up
• Up to 16 Children (including birthday child & siblings).

Additional Children Provision (applicable when the 16 child limit is exceeded):
Please note: My Gym parties are most successful with 16 or fewer children of similar age.
• $12 per additional child to an absolute maximum of 22 children (including birthday child & siblings).
• This additional charge will be applied to the balance due on the day of the party.
• To allow for an accurate count, all children in attendance MUST be signed in.
